Don’t Be Alone After A Break Up
Probably the worst bit in a break up is the loneliness. If going through a break up isn’t enough, you then have to deal with being alone with nothing else on your mind except what has just happened.
I am going to give you some advice which will hopefully help you to avoid this lonely stage. The first thing to remember is that being around lots of people will open your eyes a bit more and take your mind off your ex.
When you are in a relationship, you will probably not see your friends as much as your efforts will be concentrated on your partner. So you have to contact these old friends and make amends with them to get them back on your side.
It is vital to spend as much time with them as possible. It doesn’t matter if things are a bit awkward at first, you just have to try. However if you managed to stay in regular contact with friends whilst you were in your relationship then there should be no problem.
Spending time with family is important too. Siblings are good to spend more time with. Your parents are even there as some company but they probably won’t be who you turn to first.
There is also the idea of joining up to a local gym. Doing this will give your appearance a boost in time for when you next see your ex.
Shaping up or shedding the pounds will make you feel so much better about yourself. So with spending time at the gym and seeing friends often your mind will be kept off your ex and your time will be occupied.
Ultimately if you’re alone you’re much more likely to become desperate to get your ex back and this will lead to desperate actions. Actions such as desperate phone calls or text messages will drive your ex away and this is why you should keep yourself occupied so that you can avoid doing it.
